Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 applies within Australia, with the exception of Heavy/Bulky items. Shipping is determined by weight and/or dimensions. Shipping outside of Australia is calculated upon weight as well as destination country. If you are wanting to purchase from Sonny and the Dolls and your destination country is not available, please contact us for a quote, we happily ship worldwide.

All ready to ship items will be posted within 3-5 business days. All orders containing a custom request, or a swing are approximately 2 weeks from receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified. Please note, if part of your order contains a PRE SALE item, the contents of your order will be shipped together, on the the Pre SALE order shipping date. If you would like separate shipping, you will need to make a separate order of the Pre Sale item, which will cover the shipping fee. If you have something you need shipped by a certain time, please contact us.

Some of our products are custom made from other small businesses. This means the physical product is not in our warehouse, but the warehouse of the supplier. if your order contains one or more of these brands, some items may arrive in separate parcels. If you wish to discuss having all items posted together, please contact us.
